To maintain balance and fairness within our sports league, we will use a draft format to assign all players to teams. This approach ensures an equitable distribution of talent and avoids any perception or occurrence of "stacking" teams.

Neither coaches nor parents will be allowed to request specific players or teams in any manner. This includes direct or indirect communication regarding team placements. A dedicated committee will oversee the draft process to ensure transparency and balance across all teams.

We hope to protect the integrity of our league and to provide a fair, enjoyable experience for all players and families.
